THW Obligate parents to fulfilled academy before have children

Kali ini saya ingin men share paper pertama saya selama saya join di debat. Hmm,, mungkin masih perlu perbaikan disana sini because I am still learn about debate at the time, hehehe :D. Well, lets read my first paper with the motion THW Obligate Parents to Fulfilled Academy Before Have Children.

Ø  Government

ü  Background/status quo

Well, motion today is obligate parents to fulfilled academy before have children. and it means that people can married but they can`t have a children before they fulfilled their academy in undergraduate. In Indonesia, the government has set the minimum age for someone to get married, 20 years for women and 25 years for men. According to the psychologist at the age, men and women are ready to have children both in aspect economics, attitudes, emotional, mental, physical and responsibility.

Parents have to fulfilled their academy in undergraduate before have children so they can raising and caring for their children. why like that, because at that time, parents have been able to think carefully, so that they can educate their children with well. If parents don`t fulfilled their academy in undergraduate and then have children, they can not educate their children with well because they were teenagers and their thought were still unstable, so they still often do negative things that can be emulated by their children. If parents have fulfilled their academy in undergraduate and then have children, so they can educate their children well, provide a good example and meet the needs of children with either.

ü  Mechanism

      1. Make a rule that parents have a child before they have completed their academy in undergraduate.

      2. Make regulation about family planning programs.

ü  Bring case

      1. If parents have children before they have completed their academy in undergraduate so they can not raising and caring to their children because they are still studying so they don`t have much time to care their children. the impact is children will grow up without the love and attention from their parents so that they can do things that deviate.

        2.  Every family should have a family planning programs so that they can realize a happy little family.

ü  Rebuttal

Well, I want to rebuttal what government team say. They say that if parents have children after they complete their academy in undergraduate, they can raising and caring their children with well because they able to think carefully. I disagree with the statement because the maturity level of someone is different. There are people who are still young but already able-minded adults and there are people who've grown up but his mind is still childish. As we know that education in Indonesia was very expensive and not everyone is able to complete their education up to undergraduate level. So if it is used as a basis a person is entitled to have a child, then I can say that most of the people of Indonesia will not be able to have children due to an automatic for the people who are less capable in terms of the economy is unable to complete his education at the undergraduate level. so it is the same as prohibiting a person to develop and maintain their offspring. it is the same as eliminating human rights.

ü  Bring case

Well, although parents don`t fulfilled their academy in undergraduate, they also can have children. Although they still while studying or not, the important thing is they've been able to care for and meet the needs of their child's life.
